I have always found quality romance books to be hard to come by easily in Australia, which led me to look on the internet for books.

Unfortunately, most of the ones that I wanted were only available in the US, so I started looking for sources and ways to get them here. 

As this turned out to be quite an expensive hobby, I started selling books through online auction sites four years ago to help offset the costs,as I rarely re-read a book.

I was actually quite amazed at how many other romance junkies there are in Australia, and my hobby steadily grew and grew until I was buying more for resale than for myself.

 

So Girrlit’s Books was born.
First as a shop on various online Auction sites and now with my own website.

 

Girrlit’s Books is a small registered business based in Melbourne.

 

My aim is to provide a wide range of ‘Everyday Romance’ books from all genres, from classic Mills and Boon prints to more recent paranormals and erotic romances, at reasonable prices and with the best customer service I can provide.
